Spiral Sand Washer is a stone washing and selecting machine, it is suitable for the washing and selecting, granding, and trash-extracting in industries like metallurgy, construction, water and electricity, etc. This series is suitable for washing and selecting materials of fine and rough granularity.
Working principle:
When the machine works, through the V belt and the speed reducer, the electrical machinery makes the gear reduction and then drives the impeller rotate slowly. The sand and crushed stone enters the tank washer through the feedertrough, driven by the impeller they roll and grind mutually. Through co-grinding, the impurity covers on the surface of the sand and crushed stone as well as foreign matters with small proportion are removed. At the same time, the water vapor level surrounding sand and crushed stone is distructed thus favors the dehydration. Meanwhile, adds water to create a strong water flow, promptly carries off the impurity and the small proportion foreign matters, and discharge from the overflow port tank washer, completes the cleaning action. The clean sand and crushed stone is carried off by the leaf blade, and is finally poured into the discharge chute from the revolving impeller, completes the cleaning action.
